Yeh Terms of Service ("Terms") LeadGen AI (leadsgenai.in) ki services use karne par apply hote hain. Website ya service use karne ka matlab hai ki aap in Terms se agree karte ho.
1. Service kya hai
LeadGen AI ek subscription-based platform hai jo provide karta hai:
- AI Marketing tools: social media posts, festival posters, Google Business Profile audit aur fixes, review replies, WhatsApp content, reports, aur related content tools.
- AI Voice Agent (Advanced plan): ek AI agent jo aapke inquiries/leads ko call karke qualify karta hai, appointments book karta hai aur follow-ups karta hai.
2. Eligibility aur account
Service 18+ business owners/representatives ke liye hai. Aap accurate business information dene ke liye responsible ho. Account credentials confidential rakho.
3. Fair use
- Content tools reasonable business use ke liye hain — automated bulk abuse allowed nahi.
- Voice minutes plan ke hisaab se included hain (jaise Advanced me 500 min/month). Uske upar transparent per-minute charges apply hote hain jo pehle bataye jaate hain.
4. Aapki responsibilities (important)
- AI voice calls sirf un logon ko jinhone inquiry/consent diya ho (form, missed call, WhatsApp). Cold-calling/spam ke liye service ka use prohibited hai.
- Aap apne business par applicable TRAI/DND/DLT telecom regulations follow karne ke liye responsible ho.
- Generated content (posts, replies, ads copy) publish karne se pehle verify karna aapki responsibility hai — AI galti kar sakta hai.
- Illegal, misleading, ya harmful content/use strictly banned hai.
5. Payments
- Plans monthly advance basis par hain, payment UPI se manually hota hai. Hum card details collect/store nahi karte.
- Plan payment confirm hone ke baad activate hota hai (usually same day).
- Non-payment par service suspend ho sakti hai. Refunds Refund Policy ke according.
6. Intellectual property
Platform, software aur brand hamari property hain. Aapke liye generate hua content (posts, posters) aap apne business ke liye freely use kar sakte ho.
7. Disclaimers
- Service "as is" provide hoti hai. AI-generated content aur calls me errors possible hain.
- Hum specific results (leads count, revenue, ranking position) ki guarantee nahi dete — results business, market aur effort par depend karte hain.
- Third-party platforms (Google, WhatsApp, telecom) ke changes service features ko affect kar sakte hain.
8. Limitation of liability
Maximum liability aapke last 1 month ke paid subscription amount tak limited hai. Indirect/consequential losses ke liye hum liable nahi hain.
9. Termination
Aap kabhi bhi cancel kar sakte ho (agla month charge nahi hoga). Terms violation par hum service suspend/terminate kar sakte hain.
10. Governing law
Yeh Terms Indian law ke under governed hain. Jurisdiction: courts of Maharashtra, India.
