How OAuth works here
1. Click Connect. A short-lived state token protects against CSRF.
2. Provider shows the scopes we need. We never ask for more.
3. Token is stored encrypted (Fernet, key from SOCIAL_TOKEN_KEY).
4. Silent refresh runs 5 min before expiry. Revocation is immediate and stops all background work.
5. Disconnect sends POST /revoke, clears tokens, keeps already-synced data.

Governed test call
Fires ONE call through the same gates the campaign loop obeys — admin kill switch, circuit breaker, per-tenant daily cap, then per-lead compliance. Every gate is reported in order, with the reason it stopped. A call that cannot be placed honestly says so.
